The company is headed by a security professional who was an officer with the Singapore Police Force for more than 15 years. He has seen service as diverse as a Law Instructor, Administrator, Field Officer, Investigator and Prosecutor.

In order to remain competitive in the security and the investigation field he has attended seminars and courses from time to time, notably the seminars and courses conducted by the World Association of Detectives in Oklahoma, USA and Singapore, the Computer Security Course conducted by Group 4 of England and the Security Management Course by Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia.
